Meet the Doula
Welcome! I’m Alaina, a loving wife, devoted mom, and certified birth doula proudly serving the DFW area.
Deeply passionate about empowering women at this most transformative time in their lives, I am committed to helping you achieve your dream birth through encouragement, physical and emotional support, and providing you with the resources necessary to achieve truly informed decisions.
I am blessed to walk alongside women as they enter, or reenter, the sacred kingdom of new motherhood. It is truly an honor that is not lost on me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for considering welcoming me into your birth space.
Doulas are trained professionals who provide invaluable emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers and their families throughout the entire transition into parenthood- from pregnancy through postpartum. Whether you plan to welcome your little one at home, in a birth center, or at a hospital, as your Doula I will provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based care to support you through one of the biggest moments of your life. Having a doula present during your birth provides a multitude of benefits for you, your baby, and your loved ones, both physically and emotionally.
